CAM upgrades their water treatment program

Cincinnati Art Museum & Blue Ocean Team Up for Significant Water Savings

A big congratulations to the #2030member Cincinnati Art Museum (CAM) for receiving this year’s Cincinnati 2030 District Water Impact Award in recognition of their progress towards water reduction in their building. 👉 https://bit.ly/3E0iFF7

Working alongside #2030partner Blue Ocean Solids, CAM upgraded their boilers and chillers to utilize Blue Oceans’ more sustainable and efficient water treatment products. Upgrading their water treatment plan allows CAM to improve efficiency, extend life, and better protect against the scale and erosion of process water equipment, creating water and energy saving.

The project is also a win for improving workplace safety by reducing risk and liability associated with moving, storing, and cleaning 55-gallon drums commonly utilized for commercial building water treatment management programs.

Great to see the collaboration of one of Cincinnati’s oldest institutions with a homegrown innovative startup to improve sustainability outcomes in the built environment!
